Values

We work with transparency, care for security, quality, fairness, and responsibility. We follow the law, the terms, and the privacy policy. We do not build the service to enable credential theft, harassment, spam, malware, or unauthorized access to protected systems.

Respect and labour

We treat colleagues, customers, and partners with dignity. We do not accept discrimination, harassment, violence, or bullying. We reject forced labour and child labour. We follow applicable labour law, pay fairly, and provide the training people need to handle personal data and the service safely.

Fair dealing

We do not bribe, trade in influence, or make anti-competitive agreements. Gifts and hospitality stay reasonable and on the record. We avoid arrangements that could facilitate money laundering, fraud, or sanctions breaches. People disclose conflicts of interest. We do not misrepresent what the service can do.

Customers and data

Customers remain responsible for how they use the service, including the law, third-party rights, and privacy duties that apply to their use. You are responsible for the data, queries, URLs, and instructions you submit, and for using the results lawfully. Where a product fetches a third-party website, you are responsible for any permission that source requires. We may restrict an account that is clearly abusive or unlawful.

We collect the personal data we need to run the service, we describe it in the privacy policy, and we protect it. Dashboard device-recognition signals are used to secure accounts. They are not an advertising profile.

Environment and reporting

We try to use compute and network capacity carefully. Anyone who sees conduct that breaks this code can write to the product contact address or to the registered office. We do not retaliate against a good-faith report. We look into reports and correct what we need to correct.
